Vanilla / Raspberry / Brown Sugar
A beautiful microlot from the farming family of Maria Ortiz and Roberto Espindola based in Nariño, Colombia. A juicy complex sweet coffee that is very forgiving across all brew methods. There are clear vanilla notes on V60 and an underlining raspberry tart acidity, a product of the high quality volcanic soils. A caramel or brown sugar sweetness is most clearly present as it cools. This is a bright and refreshing all day coffee. An amazing offering selected from the 8th year’s harvest of a very exciting finca.
