Each delicious cup of coffee you drink relies on a carefully maintained supply chain where each partner is responsible for playing their own part. We understand we are only as good as the raw coffees we select to work with. Its imperative our supply chain is fully transparent so that it can be traced back to its origin. The personal relationships we have with all our suppliers is very important to us. Our importers, growers and co-operatives are all committed to producing excellent coffees but also to look after their workforce and ensure the environment is respected and sustained. Building on this foundation we roast in small batches to ensure we preserve and enhance the delicate flavours of each individual coffee.

We started roasting coffee in our garden shed because we love drinking and sharing great coffee. Our philosophy since the start has remained the same: uncompromising quality of product and exceptional customer satisfaction.
