Praline / Chocolate / Muscovado

Our Espresso Blend is the crown jewel of our roastery. The blend is made up of two components; a Colombian fully washed that brings a complexity and richness to the palette, as well as a Brazilian pulped natural that stabilizes the blend with classic notes of chocolate and muscovado. This coffee works seamlessly with a variety of milks (both dairy and non-dairy) but tastes just as decadent on its own. 

Our Colombian originates in Huila, an agricultural epicenter known for its lush mountainous forests and highly fertile soil. The coffee is carefully cultivated, washed and dried before it undergoes detailed analysis and cupping to ensure premium quality. The brazilian originates in the state of Sao Paulo, a region known for producing low-acidity, full-bodied coffees that flourish when roasted by our experts here at the Shed.
